Due to the National Weather Service’s extreme heat warnings, we proactively increased staffing levels and deployed additional resources to ensure the safety of attendees.

In addition to responding to medical emergencies throughout the event, our crews established a shaded cooling area, distributed bottled water, and provided heat safety information to help reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses.
